Business Loans, DPR & CMA Data Preparation

Banks reject most first-time proposals on the paperwork, not the business. We prepare the file the way the credit team expects to receive it.

We reply within 15 minutes during Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm.

Who this is for

Businesses seeking term loans, working capital limits, MSME or MUDRA finance, or loans against property — and anyone whose earlier application came back declined.

Thresholds and limits that apply

MUDRA — ShishuUp to ₹50,000
MUDRA — Kishore₹50,000 to ₹5 lakh
MUDRA — Tarun₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh
CGTMSE collateral-free coverUp to ₹5 crore for eligible micro and small enterprises

What we will need from you

  • Audited financials for the last three years
  • Provisional financials for the current year
  • GST returns and bank statements for twelve months
  • Income tax returns of the business and promoters
  • Detailed project report for term loans
  • CMA data for working capital limits
  • KYC and net worth statements of promoters and guarantors

How the process runs

  1. Eligibility and lender fit

Different banks have genuinely different appetites by sector and ticket size. Applying to the wrong lender wastes a month and leaves a declined application on record.

  2. Financial review

We look at what the credit team will look at — current ratio, debt-service coverage, and the consistency between your GST returns, bank statements and books. Inconsistency between those three is the most common silent rejection.

  3. Detailed Project Report

Project cost, means of finance, projected profitability, break-even and sensitivity analysis.

  4. CMA data preparation

The prescribed format for working capital assessment — past performance, projections and fund-flow.

  5. Submission and query handling

We respond to the credit team's queries directly, which is usually faster than routing them through you.

  6. Sanction and documentation

Reviewing sanction terms before you sign them.

How long it takes

Two to four weeks to prepare a complete file. Bank sanction typically four to twelve weeks depending on the lender and ticket size.

What happens afterwards

Most sanctions carry ongoing conditions — periodic stock statements, renewal of limits, end-use certificates. Missing these can trigger a review of the facility.

Questions we get asked

My loan was rejected. Can it be re-applied?

Yes, but not by resubmitting the same file. We would want to understand why it was declined first — usually it is a coverage ratio, an unexplained gap between GST turnover and declared turnover, or a CIBIL issue on a promoter, and each needs a different fix.

What is CMA data, in plain terms?

A standard spreadsheet format banks use to assess how much working capital you genuinely need, based on your operating cycle. Banks will not process a working capital proposal without it.

Can I get a business loan without collateral?

Under CGTMSE, yes, up to ₹5 crore for eligible micro and small enterprises — the scheme guarantees the bank instead of you pledging property. Not every branch offers it readily, which is part of choosing the right lender.
